An Expert Authority Computing Method Based on Real-Time Speech-Evaluation |

Abstract To solve the problem of lacking effective method for group experts to interact in the hall for workshop of meta-synthetic engineering (HWME), a method for computing expert authority is proposed based on real-time speech-evaluation. The expert authority is obtained by computing speech quality and evaluation quality of the expert. The group interactive structure is built according to the speech-revaluation response relationships among experts. Experimental results demonstrate that the proposed method is feasible and it provides an ideal environment for experts to interact in HWME.
