Abstract  The mean square exponential stability research on equilibriumpoint of stochastic delay cellular neural networks with pulse is mainly concerned by utilizing Lyapurov function. The primary theorems are deduced majorly by virtue of inequality and stochastic analysis theory. Finally one numerical example is presented to demonstrate its validity.
